You see my profile pic above? Thats me exhausted on Day 22 of last years challenge.
I was tired, sore, and ready to stop until I remembered why I started.

As hard as this challenge can be, its nothing compared to the conversations I've had with people facing cancer and CERTAINLY not as hard as it is for people going through their own cancer journeys. Their strength, their fight, and their hope make every day worth it.

So this May, I will be moving for 31 days to bring us closer to a future free from cancer.

I will also be adding these additional challenges for myself too!

  • Cycle 1000km in May
  • Walk 150km in May
  • Run 10km in under an hour on May 31st

Workout to Conquer Cancer is more than just a workout challenge it's a movement.

As I commit to this 31-day challenge, I'll also be raising funds to support life-saving research and treatments at BC Cancer, helping transform cancer care for thousands of patients and families across the province.
