I am back for my 2nd yaer participating in Workout To Conquer Cancer! Like last year, my primary workout activity will be cycling - after all, I am the founder/captain of Cyclists For Cure; so cycling is the workout I do most :)

This May, I will be moving for 31 days for one powerful purpose: to bring us closer to a future free from cancer.

Workout to Conquer Cancer is more than just a workout challenge it's a movement.

As I commit to this 31-day challenge, Ill also be raising funds to support life-saving research and treatments at BC Cancer, helping transform cancer care for thousands of patients and families across the province.
