Every May, thousands of participants and hundreds of teams come together to move every day in support of the BC Cancer Foundation.

For 31 days, participants move with purpose and power, turning everyday effort into extraordinary impact.

Every dollar raised stays right here in B.C. to drive life-saving innovation in cancer research and care for patients across the province.

This is more than just a 31-day workout challenge — it's a movement.
