Im Sweating for a Cause (and Not Just Because I Had Chicken Wings Last Night)

This May, Im taking on the Workout to Conquer Cancer challenge to raise funds for the BC Cancer Foundation. That means Ill be moving my body every single daywhether its squats, walks, burpees (ugh), or awkward dance moves if I must.

This year, Im dedicating my efforts to someone extra specialmy younger cousin, who stared cancer in the face and said, Not today. Her bravery, strength, and hilarious spirit while battling cancer inspired me in more ways than she knows. Now that shes kicked cancers butt, I want to help others do the same.

Lets be real: cancer doesnt care who you are. But we do. So heres where you come inI need your help.

I promise every dollar makes a difference (and also helps motivate me to keep moving instead of watching my new seasons of YOU.
