This May, I will workout in honour of my friend Tamara OBrien, who has made an impact on me in more ways than one. Through her best days and her worst, she was always the most positive person anyone could possibly be in any given situation.

I learned a lot about myself from since we share a lot of qualities and its beautiful to see the legacy she has left behind, that continues to grow.

When you met Tamara, her positive energy was contagious and would light up the whole room.

I am working out to honour her, but also to be present, and be grateful for my health and the luxury to be able to move my body.
