This May, I'll be moving every single day to raise funds for BC cancer research and care. I'm moving for those who can't - and for every survivor who now feels strong.

This challenge is about more than fitness - it's about coming together to make an impact for the 80,000 British Columbians who face cancer each year.

Many of us have lost a loved one to cancer or have been affected by it in some way. I lost my grandfather to prostate cancer in 2005. By taking on this challenge, I'm helping raise funds for research and care through BC Cancer - and showing that every bit of movement, every donation, and every show of support matters.
