In loving memory of an incredible boss, friend, and all-around amazing person, I'm committing to moving my body and doing some form of physical activity every day in May. Anyone who knows me knows I'd rather curl up with a good book than go for a walk, but Byron once told me my neck always hurt because I wasn't active enough. Maybe it's time I finally took his advice
