Why Im Moving Every Day This May
This May, Im committing to 30 minutes of intentional movement every single day as part of the Workout to Conquer Cancer. Whether its cycling, walking, or stretching, Im moving to support the BC Cancer Foundation and the countless individuals and families impacted by cancer.
But Im not stopping there.
If I reach my fundraising goal, Ill take on an even bigger challenge: a 125 km bike ride in a single day. This ride symbolizes the strength, endurance, and resilience of those facing cancerand my commitment to making a difference.
Why It Matters
Cancer affects all of us. The funds raised through this challenge support life-saving research and patient care right here in British Columbia. Every dollar brings us closer to breakthroughs and better outcomes for those battling this disease.
