This May, I will be moving every single day to raise funds for life-saving research and care at BC Cancer.

1 in 2 British Columbians will face cancer in their lifetimes. The number is staggering, but it highlights the importance of doing our part to ensure patients in our province have the care they need.

BC Cancer is home to incredible professionals who provide compassionate care and work tirelessly to improve outcomes. Some of the most meaningful examples to me are the Indigenous Patient Navigators, and the cervical cancer self-screening program, both of which help ensure cancer care is equitable and accessible for all of us.
