For the entire month of May I'll be mountain biking & weight training with my boys - every single day to help raise funds for life-saving research and care at BC Cancer. I will move for the people who no longer can. I will move for their families. I will move for my father who lost his battle November 2022. I will move for my Aunt Cathi and Aunt Carol who lost their lives while only in their 40's. I will move because I am no longer comfortable doing nothing to help.

This challenge is much more than just exercise. It's about coming together and going beyond our limits and comfort zones to make an impact for the 80,000 British Columbians facing cancer each year.
