This May my brother and I will be participating in Workout to Conquer Cancer to get moving and support BC Cancer patients! We are joining others across the province to move, no matter where we are, every single day of the month.

One in two British Columbians are affected by cancer. That is why we have committed to move and raise funds for patients, survivors and those we've lost. This challenge is more than exercise, it's about a community who believe we can make an impact, even from our homes.

9 years ago, our father was diagnosed with an aggressive form of lymphoma.

This diagnosis marked the beginning of our father's brave battle with lymphoma. After enduring intense chemotherapy, he entered remission, and life slowly began to feel normal again. But that hope was short-livedhis cancer returned, and this time, he needed a stem cell transplant. Our fight was far from over.

Together, our family faced every setback and small victory with tears, laughter, and unwavering love. Now, 6 years post-transplant, our dad is doing well and continues to show what true resilience looks like. We dedicate this journey to him and to everyone still fightingnever lose hope.
