Join Me in the Fight Against Cancer!

This year marks my 8th time participating in Workout to Conquer Cancer with my incredible team, SimplyNourishd! Every year, I take on this challenge to inspire and motivate my community to take charge of their health, fitness, and overall well-beingbecause our strength is in our hands.

This year, I dedicate this challenge to all the loved ones I have lost in the past year to cancer and to the many friends who carry stories of their loved ones in their hearts. To all the survivors, the fighters, and the families walking alongside their loved oneswe move for hope, strength, and healingmind, body, and soul.

Movement and exercise are more than just physical activities; they are powerful tools to strengthen our minds, boost our resilience, and give us hope no matter the circumstances. Through this challenge, I want to show that even small, consistent actions can make a differencenot just for ourselves but for those battling cancer.

This challenge is more than exercise it's about coming together to go beyond limits in making an impact for the 80,000 British Columbians facing cancer each year.
