On May 3, 2020, I was diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer. Enduring chemotherapy, radiation, and surgery, I could barely move my body; even walking 10 feet to the bathroom was a challenge. Today, 3.5 years cancer-free, I'm embarking on a mission. This May, I commit to moving every single day to raise funds for life-saving research and care at BC Cancer.
I move for those who cannot and for every survivor who now feels as strong as I do. This challenge transcends exercise it's about uniting to exceed boundaries and make a tangible difference for the 80,000 British Columbians confronting cancer annually.
