I am half way through the month and I can say it hasn't been easy for me, but I know I need to continue, for me. I will continue move for the people who cannot, for every survivor and, of course, in the Memory of my wife, June.

This challenge is more than exercise it's about coming together to go beyond limits in making an impact for the 1000's of people facing cancer every day.
