Dear friends,
Starting today, I'm participating in Workout to Conquer Cancer to get moving and support BC Cancer patients and a dear friend who's undergoing treatment for lymphoma. I'm joining others across the province and beyond to move, no matter where we are, every single day of the month. Well, truth be told, I am taking a few days "off" as I gear up for my BMO Half Marathon BUT, I will be moving. Every. Single. Day.
