Workout to Conquer Cancer 2024

This May, I will be working out to carry on the work that June started. I'll be doing some of June's favorites including fitness and spin classes, hiking, cycling, potentially some kayaking and finishing off with a 5km run! I will also try and go to June's favorite places to hike and cycle.
However this challenge is more than exercise it's about coming together to go beyond limits in making an impact for the 80,000 British Columbians facing cancer each year.
So, as I get ready to sweat my way through May, please show your support by donating today.
