$23023 Raised

Once again, this May, Orchid Medical Clinic is the "Movement" sponsor of the 2023Workout to Conquer Cancer! Our team is joining others across the province to move, no matter where we are, every single day of the month.

We are thrilled to announce that in 2022 we raised over $20,000 for the BC Cancer Foundation! We would like to thank everyone who donated and participated in our fundraising last year.

Our goal this year is to raise $20,000- $25,000!

The team at Orchid Medical Clinic is participating in Workout to Conquer Cancer forthree big reasons:

We understand how important it is to support cancer patients.

We know that a meaningful cause can keep us accountable to stay active when we are lacking motivation to keep our bodies moving.

Cancer has deeply affected us and our loved ones.

One in two British Columbians are affected by cancer, that's why we've committed to move and raise funds for patients, survivors, and those we've lost. At Orchid Medical Clinic, our team has been dedicated to providing the highest quality of care for patients that are battling cancer and see the amount of courage it takes to face it head on. Our families and friends have been affected by cancer and it remains forever an important piece of our lives(see our personal bios for our stories). We want to show our patients and our loved ones that we are cheering for them.

This challenge is more than exercise, it's about a community that believes that we can make an impact.Whether we run, walk, stretch or squat, every move we make and dollar we raise will be in support of the 80,000 people facing cancer across British Columbia.

As we get ready to sweat our way through May for every patient who cannot, please show your support by making a donation to our team today.

Consider moving with us and join our team! We can work out and fundraise together for this very important cause. Thank you!
